By accessing or using MediCare+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Appointments are subject to doctor availability
• You must provide accurate medical information for proper consultation
• Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments
• Virtual consultations require stable internet connection

To provide quality healthcare services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee
• No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee
• Emergency cancellations may be exempt from fees with valid documentation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediCare+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
